Working in a busy office can be tough at times. I try to make life easier by having snacks and developing employee contests in order to keep stress at bay. I’m always looking for new ways to create a friendly working environment. Sending out birthday, holiday, and congratulation cards are a fabulous way to connect with employees and show appreciation. In addition, I feel great knowing that I have wonderful relationships with everyone in my office. In order to continuously give out cards (it seems that there’s at least one birthday every week), I found that buying bulk greeting cards really makes a difference.
