and Create-a-Greeting-Card Scholarship Contest. One $10,000 and one $1,000 prize will be awarded regardless of contest name entered.

The Gallery Collection's 3rd Annual Create-A-Holiday Card Scholarship Contest

The Gallery Collection is thrilled to announce its third annual Create-A-Holiday Card Scholarship Contest, awarding a $10,000 scholarship to one of the country's talented and creative students.

This unique opportunity is open to high school and university students and is a perfect way to begin your path into the business world. Creative young adults – budding photographers, aspiring painters, up-and-coming illustrators – we want you!

Our strong belief in the importance of education and creativity led us to create this contest in 2007. Over the past two competitions, we have been privileged to receive unique and well-designed greeting cards from students across the country.

As the leading direct-mail greeting card company in America, we pride ourselves in the rich, colorful designs that have made our line of corporate greeting cards and personal greeting cards so popular over the past several decades. The Create-A-Holiday Card Scholarship Contest is a chance for us to give back. The winner will not only receive $10,000, they will also see their design produced and sold as a greeting card in our holiday line!

But that's not all. This year, we are also awarding $1,000 to the winning student's school.

If you are interested in entering this competition, here's how: design an original piece of artwork for the holiday greeting card's front cover. You can submit your own photography, painting, sketch, illustration, or graphic, with or without text such as “Happy Holidays”. If your design is not holiday-related, don't worry! All themes are welcome, but only one design per entrant, please!
