I take great pride in treating my employees as friends, maybe even extended family. Although I am a smaller company with 50-60 employees, I still feel it is imperative that I send Employee Birthday Cards every month to those who are celebrating. Most of my employees have been with me since I opened my doors, and I would like to keep them around until the day my doors close.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/product\/vivid-birthday-celebration-card-300860\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-7224\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/BP_ZOOM_up.jpeg\" alt=\"Vivid Birthday Celebration Card\" width=\"605\" height=\"538\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/BP_ZOOM_up.jpeg 820w, https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/BP_ZOOM_up-300x267.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/BP_ZOOM_up-600x533.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sending a birthday card, or any other card for that matter, keeps the moral upbeat. I add my own little message to each and every card I send. I want to show my employees just how much they mean to me and that without them, my company would not be where it is today. I have seen what a simple gesture means to people, no matter how big or small. If bigger companies sent birthday cards or notes of acknowledgement to their employees, I think their company\u2019s productivity would increase as well as their staff\u2019s loyalty.&nbsp; Any type of recognition by an employer is always appreciated.
