Americans purchase approximately 6.5 billion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/all-occasion-cards.htm\">greeting cards<\/a> each year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The most popular Seasonal Cards are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/christmas-cards.htm\">Christmas Cards<\/a>, with some 1.6 billion units purchased (included boxed cards). This is followed by cards for Valentine\u2019s Day, Mother\u2019s Day, Father\u2019s Day, Graduation, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and St. Patrick\u2019s Day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The most popular Everyday card-sending occasion by far is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/birthday-cards\/browse-all-birthday-cards.htm\">Birthday,<\/a> followed by a number or secondary occasions that include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/all-occasion-cards\/sympathy-cards.htm\">Sympathy<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/all-occasion-cards\/thank-you-cards.htm\">Thank You<\/a>, Wedding, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/all-occasion-cards\/thinking-of-you-cards.htm\">Thinking of You<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/all-occasion-cards\/get-well-cards.htm\">Get Well<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/all-occasion-cards\/baby-congratulations-cards.htm\">New Baby<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/all-occasion-cards\/congratulations-cards.htm\">Congratulations<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seven out of Ten card buyers surveyed consider <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/all-occasion-cards.htm\">greeting cards<\/a> \u201cabsolutely\u201d or \u201calmost essential to them. Eight out of Ten of these buyers expect their purchases to remain the same going forward. Of the balance, twice as many card buyers say they will \u201cincrease\u201d their purchasing as say they will \u201cdecrease\u201d their purchasing in the coming year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Women purchase an estimated 80% of all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallerycollection.com\/all-occasion-cards.htm\">greeting cards<\/a>.
