    1. Information from the Site. The Company will never disclose to non-affiliated third parties, without your prior approval, your e-mail address, phone number, credit card information, site usage, or site preferences that we collect via the Site. However, we reserve the right to outsource certain activities such as shipping and credit card processing to our business partners. In such case, we will disclose to these business partners only such information as is required to facilitate your transactions, and we will make every effort to have our business partners protect and refrain from disclosing your information to other third parties. Further, The Company will cooperate with official law enforcement inquiries, such as fraud investigations and subpoenas, and will disclose your information when necessary to comply with state and federal laws and regulations.

    2. Information Disclosed for Direct Marketing. The Company occasionally makes our customers' physical mailing addresses available to a few carefully screened companies whose products or services may interest our clients. We believe participation is our customers' choice so all ordering customers are offered the option to prevent personal information from being disclosed; and a cost free means of exercising this option is always provided either by email to privacy@gallerycollection.com, or call us toll-free 1-800-950-7064.

  4. The Company takes commercially reasonable steps to protect the security of your Personal Information, and honors your choices for its intended use. When such security technology is used, depending on your browser software, you will be notified by various means such as by the "lock" icon located at the bottom the Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer screens.

We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Site, and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Statement applies solely to information collected by the Prudent Publishing Site.

If you reside in California, you have the following rights:

  • Protected Classifications: such as your date of birth (only applicable if you participate in Scholarship and/or Photo contests)
  • Commercial information: such as what you purchase or consider purchasing from us and other requests you make
  • Internet/network activity: such as browsing history, search history and pages you visit on our site
  • Geolocation data: in the form of non-precise geolocation implied by your IP address
  • Inferences: such as those based on the information we collect from or about you, so that we can better understand your preferences and behavior, including to customize content and display advertising to you


If we have disclosed your personal information to any third parties for a business purpose over the past 12 months, upon request, we will identify the categories of personal information shared with each category of third party recipient.

If we have sold your personal information over the past 12 months, upon request, we will identify the categories of personal information sold to each category of third party recipient.

Exercising Your Rights:

To exercise the rights described above, you must send us a request that (1) provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we have collected personal information, and (2) describes your request in sufficient detail to allow us to understand, evaluate and respond to it. Each request that meets both of these criteria will be considered a “Valid Request.” We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria.
