Thanksgiving Cards Give You a Head Start on the Holiday Season

Whether you are sending holiday cards for personal or business you have to think of how many times you thought, “Oh, I have time to get my cards out” then all of a sudden it is mid-December and you haven’t even ordered yet. This year get a head of the mad rush and send Thanksgiving Cards. Thanksgiving cards have been around for over 100 years!  What better time than Thanksgiving to show how grateful you are for friends, family or customers.

Thanksgiving Cards really do Give You a Head Start on the Holiday Season! Honestly, I did not know that anyone sent Thanksgiving greeting cards instead of Christmas cards until I received one from my plumber.  Thinking about it however the idea is a pretty good one. It is unique in the sense that a Thanksgiving greeting card will most likely be the first to be received during the holiday season and it will be displayed the longest. Everybody reads holiday cards to see who sent them so imagine this scenario; you’re a dentist, you send a business Thanksgiving card to a patient, they display it and everyone that sees it says “I’ve been looking for a good dentist, can I have her number?”, well, it could happen.

Remember to always choose high quality cards; remember that this card is speaking volumes about you.

  1. I love getting Thanksgiving cards! They seem to stand out from the other cards because they are so unexpected.

  2. I think Thanksgiving cards are definitely increasing in popularity. I’ve gotten them from both my doctor and my dentist, and I loved them. I think it sends a great message that you are thankful for your customers. I’m also someone who loves Thanksgiving more than any other holiday and fall more than any other season, so it was nice to feel like someone appreciates that season and holiday as much as me! I definitely recommend more businesses to send out Thanksgiving cards to their customers…I think they’d really love them!

  3. I think Thanksgiving cards are GREAT! This is such a special holiday and every year it seems to get overlooked but it is actually my favorite. It’s one time a year you get to thank everyone from family, friends, co-workers, etc. for everything they do for you and giving/receiving a card (before the rush of Christmas) is an unexpected surprise…and those are the best!

  4. When I receive a card from someplace I patronize or from a service provider, I am sold on loyalty to them. A Thanksgiving card would be hard to forget because it is unique

  5. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. I love to cook and my birthday falls around American Thanksgiving, but we also celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving in October. It is so wonderful to have 2 Thanksgivings and to share with family and friends. And you can never find Thanksgiving cards in September, but at the Gallery Collection they have a great selection all year round. The colors and the sayings are just perfect.

  6. I love sending cards. I send them for all kinds of occasions or just because. Of course the dollar store kind won’t do for me. I prefer cards that are high quality and I’m willing to pay a little more for them if need be. Embossing, foil, photo mount, I love them all. I want those I work and play with to know that I value or relationship be it professional or personal.

  7. I didn’t send a Thanksgiving card this year, but I definitely feel like I should have. It’s hard to see your friends and family sometimes in this day and age, and a small card with words can mean a whole lot to someone special.
