Customizing Your Corporate Birthday Cards

When purchasing your corporate birthday cards, keep in mind that you want each person in the office to feel special. With the cards offered by The Gallery Collection, you have a few options for how you can go about birthday cards for the office. You could get one of the three Assortment Boxes that are entirely birthday cards and choose a design as each birthday comes up. Or you can choose specific designs (in quantities of 25) to give out to your recipients. If you choose a specific design, you have the option of customizing the cards.

Some customizations to consider when creating your customized corporate birthday cards are to think about:

  • Picking a design that is all-inclusive to those in the office, or purchasing multiple designs to choose from when an office birthday arrives.
  • Selecting the perfect greeting for your corporate office. And while there are many to choose from, you can actually create your own too!
  • Having an imprint at the bottom of the card, below the greeting. 1 – 2 lines of text are included, so why not write “From all of us at [your corporate company name here]”?
  • Want to really stand out and look professional? You have the option to use your company name and or logo in the card (in the greeting area or at the bottom). You can also include handwritten signatures—that are actually printed—on each card.

It would be nice if every company did this. It makes you feel appreciated.

Corporate birthday cards are a way to say the company cares about you as a person, not just as any employee.

I see there are so many options to make a birthday card truly special for all the employees, like logos and photos, etc. I passed on those suggestions to my boss and he liked them.

What cute little party animals! I have never worked in an office where the company gave out birthday cards. It’s a great idea to foster good will.

If you run a small office it makes sense to order the box of assorted birthday cards. That way everyone gets a different card over the course of a year.

When you think about it, a paper card is a small thing but a customized card from the company can be a big deal. Somebody in the corporate office was making an effort to make my day special.

What kind of animals are wearing those cute birthday hats? Getting a custom birthday card would be a treat, especially if a gift card were tucked inside!

Putting your logo and signature on the cards is really cool.

It’s definitely a nice gesture any employer can extend to their employee. It makes that employee feel special and thought of. If they add a small gift card, that would be a totally appreciated, yet unexpected, little bonus! 🙂

A corporate birthday card – you can distribute them to employees, or you can send them to clients, or you can do both. Our boss gives us a really nice card for our birthdays every year, signed in gold.

My company sends out birthday cards to the employees all the time. Now everyone with a birthday from August until the end of the year will have a Total Eclipse stamp on the envelope. Have you seen these stamps? So cool!

I run my business from the house most days, wearing sweats usually – lucky me. I send my clients birthday cards with my logo & signature because it presents a very professional image.

We always include our logo as a signature for the card and then employees sign around it. Looks impressive!

What an impression that little extra effort makes. Remembering an employee on that special day is just another way to show your employee that they matter.

Something as simple as giving an employee a customized birthday card on their special day helps show how valued that employee is to the company. This is such a nice gesture to let an employee, client, etc. know that they matter.

Big corporations can seem cold because they can’t get to know every employee. Sending a corporate birthday card to all the employees will help to break the ice, especially if you take the time & care to have it personalized it with signatures & the company’s logo.

It’s always a pleasure to order our corporate birthday cards each year from you. Our logo & the signatures make a real nice presentation and the quality is always good. I think custom cards show our appreciation for our employees.

Everyone loves getting a card. It is nice to know the company takes the time to appreciate it’s employees.
