Choose a non-denominational design with “Happy Holidays” or “Season’s Greetings” on the front of the greeting card.   The things you are looking for are of course fine quality paper, classic design and a touch of foil makes a greeting card come to life.  The envelope should also be of the finest quality paper and preferably be foil lined; this way you can start impressing as soon as the envelope flap is opened!

What Should I Write On My Christmas Cards?

If you are overwhelmed by the idea of picking your Christmas cards, let alone what to say in them, you’ve come to the right place. Here are tips to help get you Ho-Ho-Holiday ready in no time.

You want to send out a card that is appropriate for your intended audience but that also matches your personality. The best place to find a huge range of high-quality Christmas cards is at The Gallery Collection. There hundreds of designs to choose from, so you are bound to find one – or a couple dozen – cards you really love. A helpful hint is that you can use the heart icon to save any designs you’re interested in. This way you can revisit the site days later and have them all saved in one place, making it easy to compare.

Now that you have your card’s cover figured out, you can select one of the dozens of greetings featured on The Gallery Collection. All of them are included and some even have snowflakes or a snowman! This makes figuring out what to say easy but still genuine and tailored to your tastes. If none of the many varying fonts and sentiments catch your eye – but all that browsing has you thinking up your own greeting – you always have the option of crafting your own words and choosing your own font (for an additional charge). You also must decide if you’d like ink (included) or foil (extra).

One to two lines of text come included under the greeting as well, making it easy to personalize your card and impress your recipients, without a hefty price-tag. If you’d rather use signatures instead of hand-signing your cards, you may also add this personal touch with ease (and a nominal fee).

There are so many ways to customize your Christmas cards on The Gallery Collection – you could even add text to the front of many cards or incorporate personal photos! So get looking and surprise yourself with how hassle-free and heartfelt your Christmas cards can be.

Card Imprinting on Business Holiday Cards

Personalizing or card imprinting on Business Holiday Cards is key in getting your company name out there to all of your customers, clients and vendors. But equally important is how its looks. Whether a company decides to add their logo or go with standard typesetting, it needs to look “nice.” It should be appropriately sized for the card, and color selection should complement the front of the card. For more conservative companies, black might be a better or safer choice. One-color printing looks more cohesive inside the card, the greeting should be the same color as the card personalization. A red foil greeting with the company name typeset in green foil does look “Christmas-y” but it also looks like the company name was thrown on the card as afterthought. If the front of the card is mostly red or green, choose either color for inside the cards; printing in blue ink for whatever reason creates a card that does not look professional or well designed.

When a logo is used for the card imprint, there may be corporate “Identity” standards that require that certain colors must be used when printing a logo. If these PMS or “branded” colors cannot be followed, a typical workaround involves printing the logo in black and occasionally in gold or silver foil. If a company logo appears on a holiday card in black, it probably does not mean they lack holiday spirit. They are probably following set guidelines as required by corporate mandate.

Whatever colors appear when you open your next holiday card, be thankful you received it; it indicates your business is much appreciated by the sender!

What is a Die-Cut Holiday Card?

During the Holiday season, it is important to let the people you love and care about know that you are thinking of them. Whether it’s a family member or a good friend, or a reliable client or customer, be sure to show them how much you appreciate them.

This season, try something new when sending out holiday cards. Try choosing a die-cut holiday card! What is a die-cut card you ask? A die-cut card consists of an open cut-out window on the front of the card which allows for a personal message or a company name to be visible when the card is opened and closed. You can even go the extra mile and have your own personal signature printed to show through the window! Your recipients will know who that card is from while admiring the elegant design.

A die-cut holiday card will surely help your business or company stand out among the many other businesses who send out holiday cards to their customers. They catch your recipients’ eye and make the experience inter-active. The die-cut card is a fun yet professional way to change up the typical holidays cards that get sent out.

Feature Your Company Name on Your Holiday Cards

You’ve decided to distribute holiday cards this year because you could use the business. Are you worried the product won’t be worth the price-tag? Well wipe that concern from your mind if you’ve chosen to order from The Gallery Collection. Their premium quality cards will impress your recipients every time—and with so many designs options, you’ll never have to send the same card twice (unless you want to )! It’s pretty unique that so many components of The Gallery Collection’s cards are editable. Feel free to browse the hundreds of holiday cards that allow you to have your company name right on the front: Feature Your Company Name Holiday Cards. With options like using an ink card with a customizable cover or a foil and embossed card with a peek-through window, you’re going to have a difficult time narrowing it down!

It’s a smart move to have your company name blazoned on the front of your holiday cards. This marketing move gives your company visibility while also showing gratitude. Chances are your customers or business partners will display your card where other potential clients will see. You could even add your logo or printed signatures inside your cards for that extra touch of professionalism.

Don’t Wait Till The Last Minute – Send Those Business Holiday Cards Early

Receiving a card for an event that has already passed is the worst. Don’t want your stunning Business Holiday card to immediately see the trash? Think about why it’s important to send out your Business Holiday cards early.

Many people (and companies) like to display their cards well in advance of the Holidays. This is partially because many businesses close during this time. If you want your recipients to have time to enjoy your business Holiday cards, send them out early.

It’s easy to get buried in the slush-pile. You don’t want your beautiful card to get lost or misplaced because you sent it too late and now it’s in the mix with everyone else’s business Holiday cards. Do yourself a favor and stand out.

Another reason to get your business holiday cards out early is so that if your clients need your company’s line of services, you are on their mind. Sending business Holiday cards in the first place sends warm regards, but sending them early ensures that your company will be the first that comes to mind when they need.

Lastly, you are less likely to make mistakes if you are not rushing to get your cards out. This card is a reflection of your business: show that you are punctual and pertinent. Giving yourself plenty of time limits unexpected variables like errors on your cards, your card design running out of stock, or missing the mailman . . . again.

The Worst Advice Ever Told About Giving Corporate Holiday Cards

Corporate holiday cards present a wonderful opportunity during the holidays to thank those colleagues and clients who have meant so much to us throughout the year. A simple but always appreciated gesture such as sending a holiday card can resonate in a powerful way. Nevertheless, there are some out there who are still wary of the inherent value of the corporate business holiday card. Perhaps as children these were the individuals who only received socks, encyclopedias, and root vegetables as presents, and have thus soured on the entire holiday experience. Maybe these inexplicably terrible presents have so scarred their entire beings that they are now sadly blinded to the obvious good that can come of sending business christmas cards. Whatever their reasons, as a warning to anyone tempted to adhere to the tenets of these anti-card senders, I’ve compiled a list of some of the worst advice ever told about giving business holiday cards. Names have been changed to protect the identities of the unseasonably cold perpetrators of this innately inane advice. Enjoy (if possible)!

Kris Krybaby – “Would I ever give a corporate holiday card? Only if I get one first.”
Dr. Sandy Gauze, MD – “Sending out corporate holiday cards can be the start of a worldwide epidemic of paper cuts. The suffering that these holiday cards may induce causing seconds or dare I say possibly minutes of minor acute pain is not worth the risk. Don’t proliferate such misery and agony. Please, trust me, I’m a doctor.”

Rudolph Reignfear – “The propagation of corporate business holiday cards will only usher in the end of a fantastic era of sending last minute holiday text messages. The loss of the art of the holiday text message can cause irreparable harm to the very fabric of our society as our fingers will undoubtedly atrophy from underuse. This significant loss of digital muscle mass, coupled with an assured epidemic of paper cuts espoused by renowned physician Dr. Sandy Gauze, will so incapacitate the public at large that civilization as we know it could possibly crumble like the ruins of ancient Greece. Do you really want to risk sparking Armageddon with corporate holiday cards?”

Business Holiday Cards from a Catalog

Looking through the piles of greeting card catalogs I receive for the upcoming holiday season I noticed something unusual. Most of the catalogs are featuring the same card; not a similar card but the exact design. Each catalog has a different company name so I thought maybe an artist was selling their designs over and over. Don’t know the answer but I must say it gets boring to see the same thing; I wanted to find a greeting card company that could come up with unique cards that would make my company look different from the rest.

My wish was granted when I received a catalog from the Gallery Collection, there were no knock offs, nothing similar to another company’s look; each design was one of a kind and gorgeous. I want my Business holiday cards to represent us as a business with class and style; choosing the right card can do just that. There is nothing worse than send a flimsy card in a cheap looking envelope. I was very pleased with my Gallery Collection card and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend Gallery Collection to anyone that wants quality with distinctive designs focused on business because they know what they are doing.

Business Holiday Cards Are Goodwill Advertisements

Sending business holiday cards is a goodwill advertisement. It says that you appreciate your customers or associates, that you are thinking of them at this time, and want to send them best wishes for the year ahead – which will hopefully include mutual benefits for both of you with your continued association! Holiday greetings advertise your business and spread cheer at the same time – it’s a win-win.

Happy Holidays From All of Us! Card

Sending an excellent quality holiday card really says something about your business – that you are organized, pay attention to detail, and truly appreciate those you do business with. It is worth the money and should be part of your marketing budget. Holiday cards won’t magically create business, but it makes sure that people keep you in mind. Even if they don’t realize it, they will certainly remember you better and be more likely to think of you for upcoming projects or orders if you get your name out there. Even better – select one of our calendar cards that they can hang up and view all year long!

It’s easy to be cynical about it – cards cost too much money, no one really cares, or the recipients just throw them out anyway. I have to disagree. The holidays can feel overwhelming and stressful, but don’t let that stop you from putting in this extra effort. Make it a part of your yearly budget and routine. Shake off that feeling and spread some holiday happiness to someone else who may need it!

In the email age, receiving a card in the mail is now a special event, even if they are getting a lot of them, even if they only look at it for a minute. Many offices do enjoy displaying the cards as decoration through Christmas so make sure yours is of great quality to stand out! Sure they’re not going to hang onto them forever, but again – they’ll see your name, be reminded of you, and think that you are really a company on the ball to have taken the time to send a greeting. To make your name stand out in an office display, you can select one of our die cut cards so your company name shows through even when the card is closed. Or you can customize one of our new digital printed editable cards which can include your company name right on the front design!

Remember, with our customization options you can also create your own special sentiment and/or add your company logo to further stand out from the crowd and make your business more memorable. The more people see of your logo the better! If you have a few people who have especially helped you over the year, it’s also great to jot in a bit of hand-written personalization. The time put in to do so will certainly be noticed.

Keep the good cheer in the holiday season and extend some goodwill to your customers. Not only is it easy advertising, but it really will be appreciated and it may just give you an advantage in the year to come!

Send End of the Year Cheer with Business Holiday Cards

I remember when I began with what was, at that time, a “start up company” during the summer of 2004. Since our company was so new we were continuously working on smoothing out the bumps along the road and getting into the swing of things. Of course, we were super busy especially being that we were getting near to the end of the year closing. My co-workers and I became very close since it was the same group of us working together on most of the projects from the inception of the company. During one of our group lunches back in October 2004 we were discussing what we could do to show our gratitude to our clients and vendors for closing the end of the year successfully. We came to the conclusion on sending out business holiday cards as a thank you for doing business with our fairly new company. We decided to use The Gallery Collection as they had such a variety at such great prices. When we received our first order, I remember we could not believe the quality of the card and how thick the cardstock was.

It is now 2013 and our company is even busier than when we started. It has now become our company’s tradition to send out corporate Christmas cards from The Gallery Collection every year. Our longtime clients enjoy reading them as they are a reminder of how long we have been in business together since 2004. As for our newer clients, the feedback on the cards has been nothing but grateful and positive. Our holiday cards are also a reminder to us as it symbolizes just how far we come since that summer when we started. The Gallery Collection will always be synonymous with our company since they were there from the beginning. Cheers!
